About the Role

• Embedded within our People and Culture division, yours is a role which champions our talent acquisition efforts by managing recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity, and producing insightful reporting to support informed decision-making.
• You will collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to support configuration and seamless integration of tools and systems (including AI) while delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting.
• A key aspect of this role is your ability to transform raw data into meaningful actionable reports, as well as using raw data to produce team-relevant insights.

About You

• Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of sound experience in a data-oriented role.
• You must possess strong a data orientation, an analytical mindset and experience in process optimisation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including data validation, charts and pivot tables) is critical to your success.
